GENERAL conditions

1.  Bella Gardens Wedding Chapel (from now on referred to as the Chapel) will be shown by  appointment only during the day or evenings.  Call us at 918 437-9424.

2.  Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside.
 
3.  No liquor is allowed to be consumed or possessed except champagne and wine (in moderation).  Champagne and wine must be provided and served by guests.  The Chapel, assumes no responsibility for the condition of any guest(s).  Guest has total responsibility for serving the champagne and wine and for the conditions of guests at the Chapel facility and after leaving the Chapel.
 
4.  No permanent or temporary fasteners may be used to hang signs or other materials in either the chapel or reception hall.
 
5.  No rice, birdseed, confetti, or fresh flower petals may be used.
 
6.  No shoe polish or shaving cream may be used (or any product that would be defacing to the outside or inside areas. (Including the parking lot and walks.)
 
7.  No fresh flowers may be thrown by the flower girl in the chapel.  Silk petals may be used.

FAILURE TO COMPY WITH THE ABOVE GENERAL CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT

8.  The Chapel management shall not be held liable for any loss, stolen, missing, or damage personal property.  Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Bella Gardens Wedding Chapel, L.L.C. harmless from any and all claims arising from lost, stolen, missing, or damaged personal property.
 
9.  Guest agrees to release, indemnify and hold Bella Gardens Wedding Chapel, L.L.C. including the payment of attorney fees and costs incurred.   From any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits or judgments arising from guests use of chapel, reception hall, or surrounding areas, including but not limited to, any claims for damages, injury or death.
 
10.  In no event shall the Chapel management be held liable for any acts or omissions which exceed the amount of this agreement which guest has agreed to pay to the Chapel management.  Neither guest nor any of its guests hall be entitled to any consequential or incidental damages.
 
11.  The Chapel management will be responsible for written and signed agreements and arrangements only.
 
12.  The Chapel management will not be responsible for any power failure or for any electrical equipment failures which might occur just prior to and during scheduled rental time.
